Although this was a signal that they decided to change their business practices, still they failed in other fields. If there’s something that makes punters feel uncomfortable, then it’s the uncertainty related to cashing out their winnings and unresponsive customer support. In this particular case, it turned out that the attractive surface was just a mask for poor services.
